Call for Art

Not a web log, not a journal, not me, not much.   Some passing thoughts, quotes, and images - always - good for nothing.  - Mr. Oland

The world of creation being the good-for nothing world, it belongs to anyone with creativeness, that is to say anyone claiming his natural birth-gift:  good for nothingness.   - Robert Filiou

Sometimes there's no words. Just watching. And sometimes a feeling of... what is it - liberation? Too strong. Openess? The Makichen session noted that something is consistently left out of my awareness. Bringing that something in has been momentous.

And this - not knowing. There is very little (nothing?) I know for certain - (unless it's about art -of course!) and that makes things very open too. Something else I don't know about and yet have all kinds of ideas - "enlightenment." Mind says it's "achieved" and one is blissed out and happy all the time. Ha, ha! Yep, mind is funny, loves its fantasy realities!

Heat turned on today. Spring turns chilly! Big shiitake mushrooms on Cathy's log. Lillies and iris blooming.

New York and California coming up - visits with friends, family. Stay at Shasta Abbey, lots of culture.
