tipping scales toward health

Slow careful energy - not to tip the scales toward sick. Big plans,
much to do. Will ignore the much and go for low key, quiet.

Lovely warm, deep green day yesterday shared with good people.

Last week viewed amazing version of Parsifal on DVD and went
to hot Kundalini yoga class. Forgot how vigorous this yoga is
and how much I enjoy it. Sore but happy!

Bali on back burner. California coming up.
