Return of the Jedi (energy!)

Aaaaaaa the taste of plain couscous with a little nori on top! Life is good. Grits, avacado, raspberrries, a banana. Mmmmmmm!

Tried to run yesterday. Got about 1/4 around the lake. No Jedi!!

These past 2 weeks have felt like a very intense retreat.

Lots of ideas for next project. The studio awaits.

Day 10

Woke up with heart pounding and then later a gripey stomach ache off and on all day. How can you have a stomache ache when you haven't eaten any food?
Heart pounding is a little distressing.

Tomorrow all will be well. Cous cous and maybe a banana await.

Will be good to have some energy!
